kawa internals paper online

I've installed the Kawa internals paper at:

The docbook/xml source code:

This is basically the paper from November 1998, with some minor
changes.  The only major change is that the Literals section has
been re-written to reflect the new java.io.Externalizable-based scheme
for compiling constants.  I do hope to be better at updating this as I
make changes in the future!
