Insight on (Intel) Mac

To whom it may concern,

I have downloaded and built Insight on my Intel Mac as
described in the README. It seems to build fine but the
problem I am having is that nowhere am I able to find
the target executable that needs to be run.

I know it says the resulting executable is called "gdb"
but I can find no file called "gdb" on the system besides
the system /usr/bin/gdb which remains unchanged.
What am I missing ?
