Right now, there is nothing. Chris Faylor and I are going to attempt to 
import tcl/tk 8.4.0, but it is going slowly. We're both quite busy with 
work.

No, the problems have not been observed on a threaded version of 
the Tcl core: Insight runs as a single thread.
