[RFA] ui_progress_hook in remote-mips.c

Without these hooks, Insight just hangs while downloads happen invisibly.

	* remote-mips.c (pmon_load_fast): Add ui_progress_hook
	to download loop.
	(mips_load_srec): Ditto.
