Error building on cygwin

hi,

i'm trying to build insight on cygwin,
running on w2k. i configure like this:

configure --target=arm-elf --nfp > configure.out

i configure in a directory unequal to
the sourcedir. the gdb builds, but when
it comes to tcl/tk it show some errors:

is there any patch to fix this?
