Oops, I goofed.  I had put these remarks in gdbtk/ChangeLog.  I've now
moved them to gdbtk/generic/ChangeLog.  Here's what they look like now:

	* gdbtk-cmds.c, gdbtk-hooks.c, gdbtk-variable.c,
	gdbtk-varobj.c, gdbtk-wrapper.c, gdbtk-wrapper.h, gdbtk.c,
	gdbtk.h: Eliminate use of PARAMS from declarations in these
	files.
