Using MinGW (latest packages) + TDM GCC 4.4.1 + MSYS 1.0.11 and both

CFLAGS="-mfpmath=sse -msse2 -O2 -fexceptions"

CFLAGS="-O2 -fexceptions"

gsl-1.13.91 passes make check.
