unsymmetric eigenvalue problem

Hi again,

  I apologize for sending yet another patch, but this time the eigenvalue solver
is in much better shape. I have tested it on randomly generated 30x30 matrices
with excellent results - it converges every time within about 10-15 iterations
and matches the eigenvalues given by octave. I have attached the new patch
(remember to run automake before compiling).
