GSL 1.8 available for Windows and Visual Studio .NET 2003

Hi all,

I have made a "port" of the GNU Scientific Library 1.8 (GSL) for Windows 
Visual Studio .NET 2003 / Visual C++ 7.1.

Binaries and sources could be downloaded at the following URLs.
