Matlab interface to GSL low discrepancy sequence generators Sobol and Niederreiter

Hello everyone,

I have written a Matlab interface to GSL low discrepancy sequence generators 
Sobol and Niederreiter. It also allows to save/load the state of the 
generators. They are available at:
