Possible documentation bug: Multidimensional Minimization

Hi

It would seem that, in the Examples part of the Multidimensional 
Minimization section of the manual, that a fairly large chunk of example 
code is omitted - I was just reading the example for Naedler Mead 
Simplex minimization and noticed that no code is shown for the function 
"minex_func".  I would offer to construct the function, but I suspect 
that someone actually has it and it was accidentally ommited.
