Hi,

I have a question concerning gsl_sf_ellint_P.

In some places (Abramowitz and Stegun, Mathematica) it is defined with
(1 - nu sin^2theta) in the denominator. However, your definition in the
Legendre form contains (1 + nu sin^2theta). What is the reason of having a
+ sign instead of a - ?
Cheers

Andras
