gsl header files placement (CVS version)

Hi,
the last cvs version seems to place the header files gsl_*.h in the
include directory (e.g. /urs/local/include/) rather than in a gsl
subdirectory (e.g. /usr/local/include/gsl/). Is this an intended feature
or a bug?
