complex matrix singular value decomposition function I wrote

I have a complex matrix singular value decomposition function I wrote based  
on functions already provided by GSL.  IÂ’ve seen on Google that there are a 
number of requests for this.  Please let me know if you want me to send you 
the function.  I really appreciate your resources and want to give back in my 
own small way.
