I was unable to reproduce the bug with this code:
#include <gsl/gsl_math.h>
#include <gsl/gsl_cdf.h>
int
main ()
{
double x = GSL_POSINF;
double y;
y = gsl_cdf_tdist_Q ( x, 15.0);
printf ("%f %f\n",x,y);
return;
}
compiled with gcc test.c -lgsl -lm.
