GSL 1.4 for Windows VisualStudio (the precompiled DLLs and include files) is available here: http://service-spi.web.cern.ch/service-spi/external/GSL/1.4/win32_vc71/ I would recommend using something like http://www.httrack.com/ to get the files. It's annoying that there's no zip file.
