function name error

Hi,
  the manual states the CDF functions for the F distribution to be 
gsl_cdf_Fdist_P() and gsl_cdf_Fdist_Q(). But the library uses the names
gsl_cdf_fdist_P() and gsl_cd_fdist_Q().
