Linking problems Visual C, v 6.0

Marco,

I had the same error messages - something to do with multithreaded DLLs, 
apparently. To fix it: In the Project Options box in the 
Project-Settings-C/C++ window, type /MD at the end of the list of settings. 
I don't know enough about GSL or Visual C++ to know exactly why this 
worked, but it did. Best of luck.
