GSL applications: ORSA

Hi all,

 Just a short information: ORSA, the Orbit Reconstruction, Simulation and
Analysis project, makes use of the GSL library. I'd be very happy to see
ORSA in the list of the applications using GSL (i.e. at the bottom of the
GSL main page).

 The ORSA website is http://orsa.sf.net

 Naturally, thanks for this very useful library.
