moderation

As you might have noticed this list is now moderated, to stop any more
spam getting through.

Currently I am the only moderator but I will be travelling for part of
next month.

I'd like to find some additional moderators to approve postings from
non-subscribed users while I am away.

If you would be prepared to be on a list of backup moderators please
let me know.
