Typo in taus.c

Hi -- has this been noted before? (I'm not a member of this list.)

In taus.c of GSl v1.2, there appears to be a typo on line 142. This is in
the new routine taus2. It reads:

  if (state->s2 < 8) state->s1 += 8UL;

but that should, I think, be:

  if (state->s2 < 8) state->s2 += 8UL;
