Problem with GSL Reference Manual

Looks like the file has come through uncompressed (3meg is the correct
uncompressed size) but still with the .gz extension. Different
browsers handle compressed files differently.  If you manually rename
it from '.ps.gz' to '.ps' it should then be possible to open it with
your postscript viewer.
