printing the gsl manual

I started looking into the feasibility of printing or publishing the
GSL Manual.  If anyone has any expertise in that area maybe you could
let me know.  I don't think any publisher is going to touch it but
there might be some options with print-on-demand from our
postscript/pdf file.  Alternatively, if you wouldn't want to buy it
that would be equally important to mention ;-)
