It Complies, links, & runs...

The additions to linalg which now have touched the complex directory as 
well do indeed compile, link, & run with GSL's test suite (after some 
tweaking of the make files). This only means that what I wrote doesn't 
break anything else.

Attached you will find the latest patch to the linalg directory that 
finally got it to pass the testing as well as the changes I had to make 
to the complex directory.
