Problems with gsl-0.6-0.i386.rpm

The gsl rpm provided for download at 
<URL: ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com:/pub/gsl/ > is broken.

Notably, it entirely fails to include the libraries; it contains
all the links to libgsl*.so.0.0.0, but not the actual library files 
themselves.
