    Remove TLS_TCB_ALIGN and TLS_INIT_TCB_ALIGN
    
    This is the rest of 627f5ede70d7 ("Remove TLS_TCB_ALIGN and
    TLS_INIT_TCB_ALIGN"), for loongarch and or1k which missed it.
