    Make _hurd_raise_signal return errors
    
    	* hurd/hurd-raise.c (_hurd_raise_signal): Set errno to error returned
    	by __msg_sig_post.
    	* hurd/hurd/signal.h (_hurd_raise_signal): Add int return type.
