	(routines): Add fgets_chk, fgets_u_chk, read_chk, pread_chk,
	pread64_chk, recv_chk, recvfrom_chk, readlink_chk, getwd_chk, and
	getcwd_chk.  Plus appropriate CFLAGS definitions.
