	(libunwind): New.
	(libgcc_eh): Add $(libunwind).
	(gnulib): Always set to -lgcc $(libgcc_eh).
	(static-gnulib): Always set to -lgcc -lgcc_eh $(libunwind).
	(libc.so-gnulib): New.
