Log message:
	Define DO_CALL_VIA_BREAK.  Redefine DO_CALL to use vdso if supported,
	otherwise DO_CALL_VIA_BREAK.  Likewise for DO_INLINE_SYSCALL.  Make
	INTERNAL_SYSCALL use DO_INLINE_SYSCALL.
