	Move declaration of __thread_self up so it comes before the include of
	<sysdep.h>.
	(THREAD_SELF_SYSINFO): New macro.
	(THREAD_SYSINFO): Likewise.
	(INIT_SYSINFO): New macro.
	(TLS_INIT_TP): Call INIT_SYSINFO.
