	* login/utmp-private.h: Declare __libc_utmp_lock.
	* sysdeps/unix/getlogin_r.c (getlogin_r): Take __libc_utmp_lock once
	call __libc_utmp_jump_table functions directly, instead of using
	__setutent et al.
