	* nscd/Makefile (CPPFLAGS-nscd, CPPFLAGS-nscd_conf, CPPFLAGS-dbg_log)
	(CPPFLAGS-connections, CPPFLAGS-hstcache): Variables removed.
	Instead, catch all of $(nscd-modules) via cppflags-iterator.mk.
