	* Makefile (extra-objs, omit-deps): Add crtn.
	($(objpfx)libpthread.so): Depend on $(objpfx)crtn.o.
	($(objpfx)libpthread.so: +postinit): Append $(objpfx)crtn.o.
	($(objpfx)crtn.S): New target.
	($(objpfx)crt%.o): Pattern rule replaces crti.o target.
	(generated): Add crtn.S.
