	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/bits/libc-lock.h: New file, initially copied from
	sysdeps/mach version.  Implement counting ("recursive") mutexes
	on top of cthreads mutexes.
	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/bits/stdio-lock.h: File removed; generic now works.
