None of these changes are easy to integrate because they fail to explain in
detailed notes why they are correct. We take the conservative approach not to
apply complete solutions. Someone seeing this problem has to take the position
to champion the broader solution as positioned by Szabolcs from Arm.
Alternatively someone needs to explain why the partial solution is better than
no solution and champion that on libc-alpha.
