The fix now causes the output of "date" to change in en_US.utf8
glibc-2.28:
"Thu Mar 28 19:20:25 UTC 2019"
glibc-2.29:
"Thu 28 Mar 2019 07:20:34 PM UTC"
(note the different order of the parts). This can break (badly written)
scripts.
