The bug described by the subject was fixed by commit
07f94b7a96392c8609ac8d29956728d9017e6e8a, so for 2.26.

The third of the four issues listed in the original description - using a PLT
entry for sigprocmask - remains (but doesn't cause a testsuite failure, because
sigprocmask is in the hpps localplt.data).  Carlos, I suggest you check in a
fix for that (updating localplt.data accordingly) and then this bug can be
marked as FIXED.
