Since SIMD is enabled via bits/math-vector.h with GCC 7 at -O3,
-static -lm fails to link with:

foo.c:(.text+0x2525): undefined reference to `_ZGVbN2v___exp_finite'

Without -static, -lm implies libmvec.so.1:

Should "make install" add libmvec.a to libm.a?
