resolv.h says

 */

Comparing the list that follows with res_debug.c, however, I find that
res_debug.c p_option() is missing the following items.

     RES_NOALIASES
     RES_KEEPTSIG
     RES_BLAST
     RES_NOIP6DOTINT
     RES_SNGLKUP
     RES_SNGLKUPREOP
