The documentation of feature test macros in creature.texi is missing some
macros such as _ATFILE_SOURCE and _ISOC11_SOURCE and does not mention any of
the more recent values for _POSIX_C_SOURCE and _XOPEN_SOURCE; it needs to be
thoroughly reviewed and updated to match the current implementation.
