For ARM, HPPA and SH, FE_DFL_ENV has the wrong type, fenv_t * rather than const
fenv_t * as specified by ISO C.  For HPPA, FE_NOMASK_ENV also has the wrong
type (implementation-defined environment macros are also supposed to have type
const fenv_t *).  I'll apply the obvious patch to fix this.
