rpmbuild glibc(with MIPS patch) on MIPS, parameters:
    gcc -march=mips3 -mabi=32
    g++ -march=mips3 -mabi=n32
after installed glibc, find ELF Flags is 0x20001107.

Q: How 0x20001107 come from? According to march or mabi?
