This report is about the float function log2f, but the test argument is of type
double (so rounded to type float before calling the function).  When the given
double value is rounded to the float value 0X1.15AD6CP+0, the expected
correctly rounded result as given by MPFR is indeed 0X1.E0526CP-4, which is
what libm gives.  So there is no bug here.
