I get consensus from bulgarian community  . Since mail list was changed (moved
to new host) , link to arhive 
http://zver.fsa-bg.org/pipermail/dict/2010-March/004652.html is not valid.
The discussions related to bg locale  are still available on list-mirrors.

Quick review show that content of non existing

 could be found on
