[Bug manual/3515] New: strtok description has a duplicated paragraph

The last paragraph of the strtok description, in "Finding Tokens in a String" is
duplicated.  Verifed in CVS:

I'm reading through the string.h sections studying for a class, that's why I'm
noticing all these typos.  It's a great reference work.
