[Bug localedata/2649] New: Incorrect LC_MONETARY data in pl_PL locale.

The pl_PL definitions of the currency symbol and its placement differ from the
actual usage in Poland.
currency_symbol should use lowercase "z", not uppercase, and be always placed
after the amount, separated from it.
