Updated Version of the ku_TR locale

Hi, nice to hear from you. This updated version of the locale is already
included into Ubuntu, Mandriva and the debian package "belocs-locales-data", so
please fix it here also.

Thanks for including Kurdish now, did it have anything to do with the fact that
has been included into Ubuntu some days ago?
