[Bug libc/656] New: invalid next size

With attached testcase from iproute2, the follow code compiles ok, but when run
it gives the following error message. So far I can confirm the only architecture
showing the errors is mipsel. I have verfied that x86 is not affected.

To compile test case use the following:
gcc normal.c -o normal -lm

Verified error exist on 20041122 and 20040103 glibc snapshots.
