[Bug linuxthreads/454] pthread_key_create does not reset key's value to NULL

I am sorry this bug is actually not present in NPTL. I got confused because the
Debian glibc doesn't have NPTL on PowerPC. It is clearly a Linuxthreads bug
though. Not sure you can/want to fix it.
